PyWeek - Can I modify some game and post the link in here ?

I love some game. that was created in pyweek#6. Can I modify it ??
And Post the link in here ??

All games are Open Source, as a requirement of submission to PyWeek.

I would consider first contacting the author of the game to see whether they are working on it, and perhaps you might be able to collaborate.
