Ok, so apparently win32 REALLY doesn't like changing the alpha level of things via Numeric. I had to change a function to basically make all the incremental changes and save it out to disk, making the win32 build zip 5megs (versus 1 meg for the source)
20 minutes left. Maybe I can add a background song...
