PyWeek - Viper team

It's our first PyWeek Challenge and we will try to write a Strategy game using pygame. In this game, you control NetBots (infecting computers) in view to attack governments and Calcul farms, in view to earn money, bandwidth and flops and conquer the Europe. The team is composed of Jean-Baptiste and Stéphan.

Hello World !

We are writing a strategy game in which you control NetBot in view to control the world ^^. We started coding this evening and now we succeed in scroll on the map.
